As CEO, Chris leverages a solid background in mechanical and software engineering, plus two decades in marketing, sales, and business development, to identify opportunities to build value for NNG’s partners.
Both a real car person, and a coder at heart, Chris uses these passions to place himself in the minds of engineers, developers, and consumers. He believes understanding all stakeholder requirements is key to identifying both unserved needs, and the new technologies which will meet them.
Istvan brings a business and strategy focused mindset to his role as NNG’s CFO. He has a demonstrated history of working in the computer software and automotive industries, with two decades of experience in related financial and business practices.
Skilled in strategy management, international business and operations, cross border mergers and acquisitions, business planning, and international accounting, Istvan brings strong financial expertise and leadership to the company.
As Chief Marketing Officer at NNG, Heikki focuses on competitive strategy, product planning, and portfolio management. A multi-talented engineer, technology strategist, and registered patent attorney, he identifies and develops quality products that create, capture, and deliver value for NNG’s customers and partners.
With over 15 years’ product and strategy experience, Heikki has proven expertise in driving innovation and digital transformation for high-growth startups and fortune 100 companies.
Dr. Martin Pfeifle
As CTO, Martin guides NNG’s technological development and innovation programs. He is well-recognized throughout the automotive industry, and as a founding father of the Navigation Data Standard, he is an expert in both navigation, and its applications for automated driving.
With wide academic and industry experience, Martin brings knowledge of how the latest automotive technologies can impact both convenience and safety. An impressive communicator, Martin presents regularly at industry events.
Chief Technology Innovation Officer
Tamas has been building market-leading software products for the last 20 years. 10 years creating infotainment software for the automotive industry, and prior to that, safety-critical healthcare products.
As CTIO, he enjoys resolving the complex issues that arise when technology, human factors, and economics collide. Tamas has a passion for fostering grass roots innovation, both internally and externally, shepherding many successful projects (as well as official patents) to completion.
VP of Engineering
Zoltan joined NNG in 2007 as a developer. A growth mindset, coupled with a broad range of experience in different development fields, allowed him to swiftly rise through the ranks to Head of Specialist Teams, and then to Chief Engineer in 2016.
Zoltan brings a developer’s eyes to product strategy and, being versed in a variety of development methodologies, is able to leverage significant expertise in the analysis of their advantages, downsides, and applicability.
Senior VP of OEM Sales, Business Unit Leader GCS
As Senior VP of Global Sales, Sergio is responsible for guiding NNG’s global sales efforts, covering the Americas, EMEA regions, India, Japan and Russia. He joined NNG in 2008 and began by building business in the company’s aftermarket sales units.
Adaptable and forward thinking, Sergio has helped the company pivot as the industry has shifted toward connected solutions and draws on over twenty years of sales experience to identify and secure new business opportunities
Senior VP of APAC
Roger is Senior VP for the Asia Pacific region, and one of the leading sales figures in the Chinese in-car navigation market.
With the development and support of an extended network of key local decision makers, Roger is responsible for guiding NNG’s sales and business development throughout China and South East Asia, he leverages over 10-years’ experience in sales, product and program management, to help NNG succeed in the growing APAC market.
Andrea joined NNG as HR Director in 2009 and has led the human resources department through the highs and lows of a turbulent industry. With three decades of experience in the HR field, Andrea brings deep knowledge and expertise to the company.
Forward facing, with an eye to maintaining a healthy and motivated work force, Andrea drives efforts to bring the globally local values of NNG into day-to-day operations, fostering a close and family-like atmosphere throughout the company.
Eva is an experienced legal professional with a demonstrated history of working within the computer software industry. As NNG’s General Counsel she is a proactive leader, heading the Legal Department which provides its services to the entirety of NNG and its subsidiaries.
In addition to day-to-day management of the legal team, Eva leads and participates in the formation of company policy and ensures its implementation throughout NNG Group.
CEO and Founder, Arilou Automotive Cybersecurity, part of NNG Group
Ziv is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over a decade of experience in the field. Graduate in Computer Science, he is also a trained ethical hacker.
He spent 6 years in the Israeli Military Forces in an elite cyber security unit. In 2012, with all the valuable experience gained, he founded Arilou Cyber Security, a start-up focusing on automotive cybersecurity. Ziv was recognized in the Top 40 under 40 promising and influential managers of Israel 2015 by Globes Business Magazine.

NNG was founded by two Israeli businessmen and several Hungarian technical professionals. Their goal was modest: to make navigation easy and fun to use.
We shocked the navigation industry as a startup when we introduced our iGO Navigation software at CeBIT in Hannover, which contained full Europe coverage on a 1 GB SD card. This was a truly game changing moment – for us, and the industry. We entered the PND and smartphone market, somewhat wild-eyed and out of place; but we continued to innovate and later introduced the industry’s first 3D navigation.
We recognized that in-dash navigation was a service available almost exclusively as a luxury feature in higher end vehicles. But we thought that navigation should be available in every car segment and in every market. With this in mind, we adopted our “Navigation for All” strategy and entered the automotive industry with the goal of outfitting every car around the world, from entry level cars to hypercars.
We work together with numerous Tier1s and OEMs to improve the core driving experience and in-car connectivity. Maximizing the potential of the car-phone-human ecosystem is our key focus. Our solutions are currently used in more than 30 car brands, and we have partnerships with 7 out of the top 10 car manufacturers around the world.
We are developing the future of HMI and automotive infotainment technologies, from ideation to implementation and through the lifecycle of the vehicle.
We care, and this is what makes us better. We live by our mission in the business world and in the real world. We have partnered with numerous volunteer and NGO programs to help people in need, and we are proud to mention that, so far, NNG employees have donated enough blood to save the lives of more than 10,000 people.
